Couchbase AWS default user and password for web console

We are using teh Couchbase AWS Enterprise standard server.
The web console is available at port 8091, but we can't find any documentation for the default AMI user password, or how to configure them.

Does anybody know what is the default user/password, or how to set them?

We also tried SSH access using hte key pair, but failed. What SSH user name should be used?

user is Administrator
password is the AWS instance id (i-xxxxxxxx)
