Community edition does not work on win7-64 dev machine, but enterprise edition does

I installed the community edition (membase-server-community_x86_64_1.7.1.1.setup) on my windows 7 64 development machine. Initially the service worked fine, but after reboot it failed to come back up again. It gave me this error:
MembaseServer: Erlang machine stopped instantly (distribution name conflict?). The service is not restarted, ignoring OnFail option.
I tried this fix (http://www.couchbase.org/forums/thread/issues-dhcp-development-laptop) but it doesn't work.
When I uninstalled the community edition and installed the enterprise edition (membase-server-enterprise_x86_64_1.7.1.1.setup) it works, even across reboots.
Maybe this is something you guys would like to fix in the community edition.
