Community builds for 2.0.1
Hi,
Why are there no community builds for version 2.0.1?
Yeah, unfortunately the auto-failover feature requires a minimum of three nodes.
We'd like to have that, which rules out using the enterprise edition in production.
Hello,
Same question and same needs.
Any chance you could give us some hints and elaborate on "the time for the release can vary" ?
Are we talking about March, April, later ?
Thx for your good product.
Regards,
Xavier
Hi,
We are interested in the same question, but for Windows. Also, is there an estimated date you plan to release the enterprise version for Windows?
For the Linux Community Edition of 2.0.1 there is no timeframe right now since a decision has not yet been made on when the release will come out. My guess would be that it will be released 4-6 weeks after the enterprise edition. Please keep in mind though that this is my guess and I am not part of the decision making process nor do have any special information.
The Windows build will be released as soon as possible. We are expecting it to be out in a couple of weeks, but there is no official date yet.

Community builds are released after enterprise builds and the time for the release can vary. You can use the enterprise build in production for up to 2 nodes and you can use as many instances of the enterprise edition for testing and development.
