CB 2.0 keep failing and not recoverable , web ui console is not connecting

Machine: Windows Server 2008 R2 64bit,
Virtual Machine.
we usually setup 6 to 10 bucketes on it.

After installation it works for some time and than just stopped working. I try to restart the service. didnt make any different. then i followed these 2 articles but it went into same state after a day. we cant recover it from there. we have reinstall the whole thing to make it wirk.

I copied this from the following file.
Couchbase\Server\var\lib\couchbase\logs\debug.
it is not complete file. but i think this is part where it started,
