Can't install couchbase on ubuntu

Trying to install couchbase 2.0 beta on ubuntu 12.04 get error:

command:
sudo dpkg -i couchbase-server-community_x86_64_2.0.0-beta.deb

error:

Canno access archive: No such file or directory.

I did update the packages files.

PROBLEM SOLVED!
