Access denied viewing bugs reported as known issues in the Membase Server release notee

Click on bug 2582 ( http://bugs.northscale.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2582 )

Result: See access denied when logged in with unprivleged bugzilla account

Expected: To be able to read bug!!!

Note: Some bugs can be viewed, but there are more than one that can't, i.e.  bug 2111, 2056 etc.

 Yup, sorry about that.  We're in the process of moving to Jira and I haven't had a chance to move all of these over yet.  I'll try to get to it asap.
