Moxi and load-balancers

I have a follow up question regarding Moxi:
In the user guide, it mentions that "You could also use a third-party load balancer to route requests across Moxi components running on separate servers". In this setup, would the Moxi server only go through the load balancer for cluster management REST calls, or will all the actual data get/set requests be going through the load balancer as well?
Thanks,
Mantle, I'm moving this to a separate thread for tracking purposes since it's a separate question.
That section of the manual definitely needs a bit of work to be clearer and employ specific deployment examples. It's referring to the setup of pointing the client-side Moxi processes at a load balancer which then contains a list of Membase servers. Upon startup, the Moxi's would make a REST request to the load balancer which would then connect it to one of the living Membase servers. From this point on, all actual data traffic will go directly from Moxi to the appropriate Membase server.
The reason for a load balancer is to prevent the need to configure each Moxi will a list of Membase servers. This is especially useful in an "cloud-based" deployment where the servers themselves may be going up and down more frequently than normal and also changing their IP's each time.
Hope that helps, let me know what else I can do for you.
