How do I increase the Max allowable connections to Memcached if I have buckets?
We have a clustered server setup with memcached server version 1.0.3 - Win 64 and one bucket configured. I tried to increase the allowed connections in the server as per instructions in this post: http://forums.membase.com/showthread.php?21-Memcache-failing/page2.
Also did the steps mentioned post modification to the config, viz: removed ns_1 folder, restarted the server, recreated/joined the cluster and recreated the bucket.
After that when I increase the maxPoolSize in the client to anything above 1000 I am getting an error; Which was the behavior before the changes.
When I look at the diag I see that the changes are applied only to the default bucket, but not to the bucket I created (ngmbuck1).
Client used is .Net C# with Enyim client version 3.5.
Attaching the diag herewith. Please clarify.
Thanks,
Ravi
Ravi, I appreciate your feedback but please try to avoid double-posting your questions. It will only make following up that much more difficult. I'm going to close this thread and suggest that we continue tracking this via your other post here: http://forums.northscale.com/showthread.php?21-Memcache-failing/page2
Thanks!
