Install not working on Windows 2003 with mutiple network interfaces

Greetings,
We have recently tested the Membase Memcached server in our development and QA environments with good results. These environments are nearly identical to our production environment with the exception of the loopback interface for the load balancer and multiple NICs in the production machines.
The install was pretty much flawless in the QA and DEV environments, but we get no joy in production and had to roll back to a previous version. I've followed the workaround steps for unregistering the server, settings the IP and restarting. I've even gone through the extra steps of deleting the config folder.
Are there any other steps to try?
