Windows Installer needs valid port number check

The windows installer accepts port numbers that are larger than 16bit, resulting in invalid port numbers for the console.

Oh, and the main documentation page (index.html) does not render in Chrome 5.0.375.70 on Windows 7 64bit (worked in IE though)

Thanks Frank. Are you referring to the membase or memcached server?

At the moment Chrome is not a fully supported browser. it may (and hopefully should) work for most cases, but we only support FireFox and IE for the time being.

I've filed a bug for the windows installer to perform some error checking on the port numbers that it is accepting.
