Memcached client calling wrong IP address

I configured a cluster of 2 computers. Each has 2 network cards going to a private and a public network. I joined the cluster using private IPs. When looking at the Membase dashboard, I see both servers listed in the cluster, both are up, and both show their private IP address.

However, according to my logs, the Membase client (I use the Enyim library) tries to connect to memcached using the servers' public IP address. Obviously, this is not what I want. All memcached traffic should reside on the private network.

How can I fix this problem?

Thx

In the Windows 2008 NLB Cluster thread there is a posted workaround to get that configuration. We are working to make it simpler to configure the cluster networking in the future.

Have a look at that and let me know if you have any trouble.

Thanks,

- Matt

Just found that thread last night, and it did fix my problem. Thanks!
