Moxi inherits command-line configuration parsing from memcached (argc/argv/getopt), such as:
-t NUM_THREADS
-vvv
-u USER
-c MAX_CONNS
-d (daemonize)
The new parts of moxi configurability, however, belong with two new flags: -z and -Z.
