Improved rebalancing and replication logic.

Bucket monitoring functionality has been improved. There are now new statistics to provide more detailed information about your bucket usage and performance, and an improved interface to make it easier to monitor your bucket status.
Added per-server monitoring.
GUI notification of important events within the monitoring service. Key errors, such as IP address changes, disk write failures and out of memory errors are reported immediately.
TAP interface now includes checkpoint information. TAP checkpointing allows for both incremental and pause/continue operations during replication.
In-place upgrade via automatic package upgrade mechanism. This works in conjuction with the native package management system on each platform, performing all the steps to upgrade and move node data to the new version.
Built-in upgrade availability notification. The management console will alert you when a new upgrade is available.
TOUCH and GAT (Get And Touch) command to extend the TTL of a item without having to rewrite the item.
New Synchronous Replication command from the client that will block updates until a specific list of keys have been replicated.
