PHP - Failed to connect libcouchbase to the server on Centos/Redhat 6.4

Get an conncetion error
Warning: Failed to connect libcouchbase to the server: Connection failure in
on the webpage
BUT
When I run it through the command line the warning does not show.

I think its the same problem in the post but it does not give an answer....

declare TTL on PHP SDK

Hi,
I've tried to find a way to declare TTL for new key, I see this option exists on Ruby's SDK but nor on PHP.
Is there a way to declare it on PHP?
