Couchbase not installing correctly/fails to start

I am installing Couchbase 2.2.0 Enterprise Edition on 64-bit on Windows 7 Professional. The installer says Couchbase server installed successfully. However when I click Finish it tries to launch the admin console in the browser and fails. I have checked the Windows Service and it says Couchbase service started successfully. I have also looked at the Windows event logs and there is no error there.

I have tried restarting the service/machine but they don't help. I am new to couchbase. Could someone tell me what could be wrong. I have tried telnet to 8091 and nothing is there. Here is what I have from the log dump.
