Unable to display couchbase web console after installation

I installed Couchbase Server Enterprise edition in my laptop. My laptop runs on 64-bit Windows 7 Service Pack 1 with 8GB RAM. The installer that I used was downloaded from Couchbase site with the file name couchbase-server-enterprise_2.5.1_x86_64.setup.exe.

The installation was successful without any error, after I specified different port number for web console access. I specified 8080 as the port number. After the installation was completed, it opened the Internet Explorer (version 11) but cannot display the Couchbase web console. The same issue happened after I restarted my laptop, and access the web console using Chrome and Internet Explorer.

Please note I have closed all applications and turned off the Anti-virus software before installation.
